Q1 What is the runtime of GO 3S?

Q2 What is the battery capacity and charging time of GO 3S?

Battery Capacity:

• Camera: 310mAh
• Action Pod: 1270mAh
  

Charging time:

• Camera: about 35 minutes
• Action Pod (using 5V2A adapter): about 65 minutes
  
  

Q3 What type of power adapter is recommended for GO 3S?

5V/2A power adapter.

Q4 Can GO 3S be used while charging?

Yes.

Q5 What if the GO 3S camera won't charge?

• Ensure the sticker on the back is removed (for first-time use).
• Ensure the camera is being used within the recommended temperature range: -20 to 40°C (-4 to 104°F).
• Make sure the metal contacts of the camera and the Action Pod are clean and connected properly.
• If it still cannot be charged, reset GO 3S by pressing and holding the camera and Action Pod power buttons for 7 seconds, then try charging again.

Q6 What if the Action Pod won't charge?

• Ensure the charging cable and adapter are functional and meet the requirements(Type-C, 5V 2A)
• Clean the USB port of the Action Pod
• Reset the Action Pod by pressing and holding the power button for 7 seconds, then try charging again.

Q7 How long does it take for GO 3S to run out of power while turned off?

At 25°C (77°F):

• Camera alone (fully charged): Up to 1 month
• Camera in the Action Pod (both fully charged): Up to 2 months
  

Note: If GO 3S is left unused for a significant time, the battery may be fully depleted.

Q8 Why does the Action Pod battery drain quickly?

When the GO 3S camera is used inside the Action Pod, the Action Pod's battery is used first. If the camera is frequently operated while placed in the Action Pod, the battery may drain faster.
Note: Once the Action Pod's battery level reaches 15%, you'll have the option to either continue charging the camera or stop charging it.

Q9 After a long time without use, why can't GO 3S be turned on when connected to the charging cable?

If GO 3S is left unused for a long time, the battery may be fully depleted. In this case, please charge the battery for 5-8 minutes after connecting it to the charging cable, and the touchscreen will display a low battery charging icon. Once recharged for several minutes, you may turn GO 3S on normally.

Q10 What if the GO 3S camera won't turn on?

• Place the GO 3S camera in the Action Pod to check if it has enough power
• If it doesn't turn on even with sufficient power, take the camera out of the Action Pod and press and hold the power buttons on both of them for 7 seconds to reset
• After releasing both buttons, press the camera button again. If the indicator light turns solid cyan, the reset was successful
• Put the camera back into the Action Pod to verify if it's working properly.
