Q1 How to check the serial number of GO 3S?

The serial number consists of 14 letters and numbers. You can check the serial number in the following ways:

1. Camera: The GO 3S camera has its serial number printed on the back.
   
2. Action Pod: Swipe down on the touchscreen, then tap "Settings" > "About Camera" to view the serial number.
   
3. Package: The serial number is printed on the camera's package.
   
4. App: Connect GO 3S to the Insta360 app and check the serial number on the app's settings page.
   
5. Studio: If you have footage shot by the camera, import it into Insta360 Studio and find the serial number in the file properties.
