Formatting GO 3S

We recommend formatting your GO 3S storage periodically to avoid potential file storage issues. Before formatting, make sure to transfer any footage to your phone or computer to avoid losing it.
You can format your GO 3S storage via the Action Pod or our mobile app.

To format via the Action Pod:

1. Place GO 3S in the Action Pod and turn it on.
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap "Settings" > "Camera Storage" > "Format".

To format via the Insta360 app:

1. Connect GO 3S to the Insta360 app.
2. Enter the Settings tab, then tap "Other Settings" > "Camera Storage" > "Format Storage".
