  • Phones equipped with Qualcomm SDM765 5G chips, such as OPPO Reno 3 5G, have inadequate hardware decoding functionality and are not supported.
  • App installation requires a mobile phone with a 64-bit system. 32-bit systems are not supported.

Q2 If my device does not meet the compatibility requirements, can I still use GO 3S?

GO 3S must be activated with the Insta360 app. Even if your phone or tablet does not meet the app's performance requirements for video editing, as long as you can install the app to activate your camera, you can use GO 3S.
If performance issues arise during editing or exporting from your device, you can use Insta360 Studio on a compatible computer for editing. Click here to learn more about Insta360 Studio.
