Q1 How do I remove the GO 3S Lens Guard?
The GO 3S Lens Guard comes preinstalled. To remove the Lens Guard, unscrew it in a counterclockwise motion. To reinstall the Lens Guard, screw it on in a clockwise motion.
Q2 Are there any precautions I should take when using the GO 3S Lens Guard?
Please make sure it is screwed on tightly when using the camera. Otherwise, the waterproofness, stabilization, and FOV of GO 3S will be affected.
Q3 Are there any precautions when using GO 3S's standard accessories?
Before using GO 3S and its accessories, please note:
- GO 3S and its accessories contain small objects. Please keep them out of children's reach to prevent accidental swallowing.
- The Magnet Pendant and Easy Clip can be used in low-intensity/slower-paced sports, like urban cycling and hiking. We recommend the Quick Release Mount for high-intensity sports.
- As thick clothing can weaken the magnetic force of the Magnet Pendant, avoid using GO 3S with the Magnet Pendant while wearing thick clothing. Always test GO 3S's stability before shooting with the Magnet Pendant.
- If you wear a cardiac pacemaker, do not wear the Magnet Pendant.
- Attach the Pivot Stand to dry, clean, flat or curved surfaces only. Avoid attaching it to surfaces with strong vibrations.
- Peel the Pivot Stand off surfaces from the edge of the base. Do not pull from the center.
- If the Pivot Stand loses stickiness, clean it with water and dry it for reuse. When not in use, place the cover on the base. Avoid using the Pivot Stand in high or low-temperature environments.
Q4 Can GO 3S be used with an FPV drone?
Yes, GO 3S can be used with an FPV. Please note that GO 3S contains magnets. When used with an FPV that relies on a magnetometer, like DJI Avata, please test whether GO 3S will negatively affect its operation before use.
Q5 Is the Type-C port on the GO 3S Quick Reader compatible with Apple devices with Type-C ports?
Yes, the Type-C port on the GO 3S Quick Reader is compatible with both Android and Apple devices with Type-C ports.
