GO Series: Factory Reset

Applicable Models: GO 3, GO 3S, and GO Ultra

If your camera malfunctions or you want to clear all personal settings, you can choose to restore it to factory settings. This will reset all the camera's system settings to their original factory state with one click. Below you'll find how to restore the camera to factory settings:

Instructions

1. Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the camera’s "Shortcut" menu, then tap "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙).

2. Scroll down on the "Settings" page, find the "Factory Reset" option and tap it.

3. Tap "Confirm" to start restoring factory settings.

Please note: After tapping "Confirm", only the camera settings will be reset. No files stored in the camera will be deleted.
