1. What is the low-temperature battery life of the camera?

Please note: The camera can stand by for weeks, but don't leave it unused and uncharged for long periods. Regular charging and discharging help extend battery life and prevent damage from over-discharging or long-term inactivity.

3. How long can a fully charged camera remain on standby?

GO 3 and GO 3S:

• Camera: About 80 minutes
• Camera + Action Pod: About 170 minutes

4. How long can a fully charged camera record (battery life for shooting)?

Recording time depends on the selected mode and settings. For battery life data under specific shooting modes, please contact Insta360 official customer service.

Please note: The camera may automatically shut down due to overheating during extended recording. Once it cools, you can resume recording until the battery is exhausted. The total battery life is the sum of these two recording periods.

5. How to check the camera's battery level?

GO Ultra

First, press the power button of the Action Pod to turn on the camera and the Action Pod. You can then view the battery level in either of these ways:

• Method 1: Take the camera out of the Action Pod or put it back in. The battery level for both units will be displayed in percentage for 5 seconds, then disappear automatically.
• Method 2: Tap any battery icon in the top-right corner of the camera screen to view the battery level.

GO 3 and GO 3S

First, press the power button of the Action Pod to turn on the camera and the Action Pod. You can then view the battery level in either of these ways:

• Method 1: Take the camera out of the Action Pod or put it back in. The battery level for both units will be displayed in percentage for 5 seconds, then disappear automatically.
• Method 2: Tap any battery icon in the top-right corner of the camera screen to view the battery level.
• Method 3: Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the Shortcut menu and check the battery level.
