Q1. How to check the serial number of GO 3?
Action Pod: Swipe down on the touchscreen, then tap "Settings" > "About Camera" to view the serial number.
Package: If you still have the camera's package, you can find the serial number on it.
App: If the camera can power on normally, you can connect it to the Insta360 app and check the serial number in the app's settings page.
Studio: If you have the original files recorded by the camera, you can import the footage into Insta360 Studio and find the serial number in the file properties.
