GO 3 must be activated with the Insta360 mobile app. Even if your phone or tablet does not meet the app's performance requirements for video editing, as long as you can install the app to activate your camera, you can use GO 3. There may sometimes be a momentary lag in the display footage when GO 3 is rotated while detached from the Action Pod. This will not affect the recorded footage. To avoid this lag, shoot with GO 3 in the Action Pod.
