Q1 What should I do if my video has poor audio?

Please make sure to enable wind noise reduction and make sure that the firmware is the latest version and try again. If there are still any problems, please send the original file to us by clicking here for further support.

Q2 What should I do if my recorded video has no audio during playback?

If there is no audio in the video during playback, please check the other video files to confirm whether they have sound:

  1. If there is no audio during playback of all video files, including Video and Pro Video, please confirm whether your mobile phone or computer is muted. If not muted, please provide an original video to us for further confirmation.
  2. If only some videos have no audio, please confirm whether the shooting mode is slow motion, timelapse or TimeShift:
    a. If it is slow motion, timelapse or TimeShift video, there is no sound recorded by default.
    b. If it is Video or Pro Video, please provide us an original file to us for further support.
