Q1 What should I do if a file is damaged?

Please contact us by clicking here to apply for a repair service, but please be aware of the following 2 points:

1. Whether the file can be repaired depends on the degree of damage to the file, so there is no 100% guarantee that the damaged file can be repaired successfully;
2. The image of the file can be repaired, but if the gyroscope and sound data are damaged, it cannot be fully repaired.

In order to improve the efficiency of repairing, please provide the following 2 types of files to customer service:

1. Damaged mp4 or insp file, and provide relevant resolution and frame rate information;
2. If it is a photo, please provide an undamaged insp photo; if it is a video, please provide a short undamaged mp4 video.

If the files can be repaired, we will upload it to the cloud server as soon as possible, and provide a download link to you. Please download the file within 7 days. If you do not download it in time, the file download link will expire.
