Q1 Are there any precautions for using GO 2 underwater?

Before using GO 2 in water, make sure the included Lens Guard is screwed on tightly. GO 2 is not waterproof without the Lens Guard.
In addition, the Charge Case is not waterproof. Therefore, after using GO 2 in water, make sure to dry the camera completely before returning it to the Charge Case.
