Q1 What if I am unable to activate GO 2?

If you try to activate GO 2 and the app displays "Activation failed", followed by "Please connect to the Internet before starting camera activation”, please follow the steps below to activate the camera:

  1. Tap "GO TO WIFI SETTINGS”, and select your WiFi in the phone's WLAN settings.
  2. Return to the app and select the GO 2 to connect.
  3. Once the connection is established GO 2 should activate automatically.

Q2 What should I do if GO 2 will not activate because my current location is different from the purchase region?

If you are trying to activate your camera in a different region than where you purchased it, please provide the current activation information, GO 2's serial number and purchase proof to us for further support.
