Q1 Where can I download the app for GO 2?

1. If you are using an iOS device, please download the app from the App Store by searching "Insta360".
2. If you are using an Android device, please download the app from the Google Play Store or other Android app store.

Q2 What should I do if my device can't install the Insta360 app?

Please check if your device meets the compatibility list requirements. If not, we recommend using a different mobile device to install the app and activate the camera. Once your GO 2 has been activated, you can control it via the Action Button or the Charge Case. To edit files, you can use Insta360 Studio on a computer/laptop. Please click here for a tutorial.
If your device meets the requirements but the app cannot be installed, click here to contact us for further support. Please provide a screenshot of any related error message, plus the model number of the phone/tablet.
