Q1 What should I do if receive the error message: "The operation couldn't be completed.(com.insta360.shareAPI error-1.)"?
If this error message appears during the process of exporting files, it may be caused by one of the following reasons:
- App version not up to date - please check you have the latest app version.
- Insufficient phone memory - there is no space to store the exported files. Please check the remaining memory on the phone.
- Phone capacity - please check whether the original file has been downloaded from the camera to the app's local album. If not, please download the file and try to export it.
- If the error is not caused by the above reasons, please send us: the app version, phone model, system version, the remaining storage of the phone and the original file with the error report.
