Greetings! Thank you for your long-standing support and trust in Insta360. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the Insta360 GO app:
Due to adjustments in our product strategy, the Insta360 GO app will be officially removed from the Apple App Store and the Insta360 Website starting from March 29, 2026.
The corresponding service status will also change, with the specific impacts as follows:
Once the app is removed, it will no longer be searchable, downloadable, or installable via the Apple App Store. If the app is uninstalled or deleted from your device, it cannot be restored through official channels.
Please Note: If you have already uninstalled the Insta360 GO app, you can still perform basic shooting using the buttons on the camera. However, operations such as parameter settings will not be possible. Media captured will need to be exported by connecting the camera to a computer.
If you have already downloaded and installed the app on your device, you can continue to use its existing features as normal. This removal will not affect its operation.
All feature updates and technical support services for the Insta360 GO app have been discontinued. Consequently, we cannot guarantee its compatibility with future operating system versions.
We understand that this change in service status may cause you inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for this. This decision is made based on our overall development strategy, and we hope for your understanding.
