Q1. What is the battery capacity and runtime of Flow Pro?

The battery capacity of Flow Pro is 2900mAh. Flow's runtime is 10 hours* with the Tracking Ring Light turned on.

*Tested with Flow Pro at a steady, level position at a temperature of 77°F (25°C).

Q2. Can Flow Pro be used as a phone charger?

Yes, Flow Pro doubles as an emergency power bank. Insert your phone's charging cable into the USB port next to the Magnetic Phone Clamp.

Please note: If Flow Pro is powered on, the battery percentage must be at least 30% to charge your phone. When it reaches 30% or lower, Flow Pro will stop charging your phone.

If Flow Pro is powered off, click the Power Button once to start phone charging. Flow Pro will charge your phone until its own battery runs out.

The Spotlight's performance is not affected by Flow Pro's battery percentage.

Q3. What charging cable does Flow Pro use?

Type-C. You can use the included USB Type-C to A charging cable or a Type-C to C cable to charge Flow Pro. The charging port is the Type-C port on the handle.

Q4. How do I check the current battery level of Flow Pro?

There are two ways to check Flow Pro's battery level:

1. Check it through the Battery Level Indicators on the SmartWheel: Press the Power Button once. The indicator lights will light up to show the current battery level:
   • One light = less than 25%
   • Two lights = 25-49%
   • Three lights = 50-74%
   • Four lights = 75-100%
2. Check it in the Insta360 app: After connecting to the app, you can view the current battery level in the top left corner of the shooting page.

   

Q5. Can I replace Flow Pro's battery?
