Instructions

Method 1: Find it on packaging box

There is a label with product information attached to the outer box of the product. You can find the corresponding serial number on this label.

Method 2: Find it on gimbal body

A label containing the serial number is attached to the gimbal body. Please refer to the figure below to locate it.

Method 3: Check it via the Insta360 app

• After connecting the gimbal to the Insta360 app, tap the "..." icon in the upper left corner of the shooting page > find and view the "Serial Number".
• Go to the "Me" page in the Insta360 app > tap "Device Information" > find and view the "Camera Serial Number/Serial Number".
