Q1. How can I check Flow Pro's firmware version?
There are two ways to check the firmware version in the Insta360 app:

• Tap the three dots in the upper left corner of the shooting page and go to "Version" to view the firmware version.
  
• Go to "Settings" > "Device Settings" > "Firmware Version" on iOS, or "Settings" > "Device Settings" > "Device Firmware info" on Android.
  

Q2. What should I do if a firmware update fails?

1. Ensure Flow Pro is powered on and the Insta360 app is open during the update.
   
2. Make sure Flow Pro's battery level is at least 20%.
   
3. Restart Flow Pro and reconnect it to the Insta360 app.
