Q1. What are the compatibility requirements for Flow Pro?
Check the Flow Pro compatibility list to see phone models that have been tested for compatibility with Flow Pro.

Not all Android phones have been tested for compatibility. Generally, as long as you can install the Insta360 app, you should be able to use Flow Pro, but some features, like 4K video, Face Filters, and 360 Panorama Photo, may be unavailable due to phone performance or Android system limitations.

Flow Pro compatible phones must be within the following ranges for size and weight:

• Thickness: 6.9-10mm (0.3-0.4in)
  
• Width: 64-84mm (2.5-3.3in)
  
• Weight: 130-300g (4.6-10.6oz)
  

Q2. Can I still use Flow Pro if my phone model is not in the compatibility list?
Due to the large number of Android devices, not all Android phones have been tested for compatibility. Generally, as long as you can install the Insta360 app, you should be able to use Flow Pro, but some features, like 4K video, Face Filters, and 360 Panorama Photo, may be unavailable due to phone performance limitations.

Q3. Can I use my foldable smartphone with Flow Pro?
Yes. To prevent accidental drops, please make sure your phone meets the recommended dimensions:

Q4. Which smartphones is Flow compatible with?
To use DockKit, you'll need an iPhone 12 or above running iOS 17.0 or higher. iOS 17.4 or higher is recommended.

To use Flow Pro without DockKit:

• Android devices running OS 7.0 or higher.
  
• iOS devices running iOS 11.0 or higher (iPhone 8 and above).
