Flow Series: AI Tracker Malfunctions or Delivers Poor Performance
Flow Series: AI Tracker Malfunctions or Delivers Poor Performance
Applicable Models: Flow 2 and Flow 2 Pro
Scenario 1: Operation anomalies of AI Tracker
Description
- No response when using the Peace sign to trigger shooting; shooting function fails to activate.
- AI Tracker cannot track targets normally (e.g., tracking drift, target loss).
Solution
- Go to "Settings" on your phone > enable "Bluetooth" and confirm that the system Bluetooth is properly connected to the gimbal.
Please note: This is a necessary prerequisite for features like Peace sign triggering.
- When using the AI Tracker, disconnect from the Insta360 app or make sure the Insta360 app is completely closed in the background.
Scenario 2: Poor animal tracking performance
- Choose a simple background and avoid complex scenes with multiple pets or people.
- Ensure a distinct color contrast between the background and the pet.
- Confirm the gimbal has locked onto the correct target pet before starting tracking to avoid misidentification.
Please note: Currently, AI Tracker only supports tracking humans, cats, and dogs. Other animals may not be accurately recognized.
Scenario 3: Poor performance during long-distance tracking
- It is recommended to keep the long-distance tracking distance within 10 meters.
- Recommended zoom levels:
- Within 3 meters: 0.6x, 1x
- Within 5 meters: 1x, 3x
- Over 5 meters: 3x
Please note:
- Tracking at more than 3x zoom may result in unstable performance due to high magnification.
- For long-distance zoom tracking, use the joystick to adjust composition and enable the Active Zoom Tracking feature in the Insta360 app for smoother tracking.
