Flow Series: Tracking Light

Applicable Models: Flow 2 and Flow 2 Pro

The tracking light intuitively shows the device's working status and tracking status through different light states, helping you quickly check whether the device is operating normally and whether it has successfully tracked the target.

Instructions

The tracking light of the device is enabled by default in the initial state. To turn off or adjust the tracking light, you can operate through the Insta360 app:

Turning off tracking light:

Open the Insta360 app and connect the device to your phone > navigate to "Gimbal Settings" > set the tracking light to "Off" to disable it.

Adjusting tracking light:

The brightness of the tracking light can be set to "Low", "Medium", and "High". Find "Gimbal Light" in "Gimbal Settings" to adjust the brightness.

Tracking Light Status Table

Tracking Light Status	Gimbal Status
Green Breathing Flash	Tracking status Stable tracking is in progress. The gimbal can automatically follow the target's movement to ensure the shooting screen stays focused on the target at all times.
Solid Green	DockKit is ready for tracking / Insta360 app tracking is lost The gimbal is ready for tracking, but no trackable target has been detected yet, or the target previously tracked by the gimbal has been lost. You need to reset or select a tracking object.
Off / Not Lit	Unpaired / tracking not enabled in the Insta360 app The device has not been paired with a phone or other connected devices, so tracking operations cannot be performed, or the tracking feature is not currently enabled.
