Flow Series: Button Instructions

Applicable Models: Flow 2 and Flow 2 Pro

By mastering the core button operations, you can freely control the gimbal's movement and switch shooting modes in different statuses, making your shooting experience more intuitive and efficient.

Power Button / M Button

Description

Powered off

Long press

0.7 seconds: Power on (This does not work if the gimbal is folded).

Short press

Check battery level or enable the gimbal to charge the connected phone.

Powered on

Long press

0.7 seconds: Power off.

5 seconds: Force shutdown.

Single press

Switch to the next gimbal mode.

Double press

Switch to the previous gimbal mode.

Triple press

Activate the Standby mode (To wake the gimbal up, single press any of the following buttons: Power Button / M Button, Switch Button, Shutter Button, or Trigger Button).

Single press on the Trigger Button and Power Button / M Button

Check gimbal battery level.

Connected to the Insta360 app

Single press on the preview page

Return to the shooting interface.

Push left or right to change the direction of pan axis. Push up and down to change the direction of tilt axis.

After zooming in on the media on the preview page, you can adjust the frame position:

  • iOS: Support position adjustment for both photos and videos.
  • Android: Support position adjustment for photos only.

Zoom Wheel

In the FPV mode

Turn

Turn clockwise: Rotate roll axis clockwise.

Turn counterclockwise: Rotate roll axis counterclockwise.

Please note:

  • The larger the wheel rotation range, the faster the movement speed.
  • Zoom is not available in the FPV mode.

Connected to the Insta360 app in the Auto, F, or PF mode

Turn on the preview page

Media zoom:

  • Turn clockwise: Zoom in on photos/videos.
  • Turn counterclockwise: Zoom out on photos/videos.

*iOS supports use during photo or video playback; Android only supports use during photo playback.

Turn on the shooting page

Camera zoom:

  • Turn clockwise to the end and hold: Camera zooms in.
  • Turn counterclockwise to the end and hold: Camera zooms out.

*You can also enable the "Manual Focus" feature in [Gimbal Settings - Zoom Wheel] on the shooting page.

Swiping clockwise halfway: Switch to the next shooting mode. Swiping counterclockwise halfway: Switch to the previous shooting mode.

Swiping clockwise on the preview page: Fast forward video. Swiping counterclockwise on the preview page: Rewind video.

Combination Reset

When the gimbal is powered on, press and hold Trigger Button and Shutter Button simultaneously for 3 seconds to reset Bluetooth.
