1. Why can't I use button control while using the native camera?

Some mobile phones are not compatible with some button functions when shooting with the native camera. See the compatibility list for details.

2. Why can't the Flow 2 Pro joystick control direction?

• Please check if your Flow 2 Pro is in tracking mode. When in tracking mode, Flow 2 Pro will automatically keep the subject centered in the frame and Touch Panel control will be disabled.
• Verify if you're using the Insta360 app for panorama or TimeShift mode. The touch panel cannot be used during these modes with tracking enabled.
• If tracking is not enabled and you are not in panorama or TimeShift mode, close the Insta360 app and restart Flow 2 Pro. If you are still unable to control the direction after restarting, please contact Insta360 support.

3. Does the C button support customizing other shooting modes?

No. The C button functions are as follows:

• Single click: Activate 360° Pan Rotation
• Double click: Activate Pano photo
• Long press: Activate Barrel Roll

4. Can zoom speed be customized in the Insta360 app?

Yes, it can be adjusted in Gimbal Settings in four levels: fast, medium, slow, and linear.

5. Can joystick speed be customized in the Insta360 app?

Yes, it can be adjusted in Gimbal Settings in three levels: fast, medium, and slow.
