1. How to enable remote control?

Open the Insta360 app and tap the icon at the top of the screen (next to the battery icon) to quickly generate a QR code following the prompts. Scan the code with another smartphone to set up a connection between the two devices.
Once connected, the second smartphone will display a preview and control interface, where you can tap the icon at the top of the screen to easily adjust the frame, record videos, and perform other controls.
Note: Make sure both phones have an internet connection.

2. Does remote control require the other phone to download the Insta360 app?

No, just scan the QR code using any app or the phone camera.

3. What is the maximum distance supported for Smartphone Remote Control?

There is currently no distance limit.

4. Can phones with different models and operating systems control each other

There are no restrictions on the brand or smartphone operating systems, so Apple and Android devices can be interconnected.

5. Can Flow 2 Pro be remotely controlled by two phones?

No, it only supports remote control by one phone.
