1. How to check the firmware version of Flow 2 Pro?

Connect Flow 2 Pro with the Insta360 App and check through the app:

• Method 1: Tap on "..." in the bottom left corner of the shooting page (in landscape mode) to view the firmware version information.
• Method 2: Go to "Settings > Device Settings > Firmware Information" to view it.

2. What should I do if the Flow 2 Pro firmware update fails?

• Ensure the battery level is above 20% before updating.
• Try restarting Flow 2 Pro and reconnecting to the app to attempt the firmware update again.
• Do not turn off the gimbal or app during the firmware update.
• For some Android models, running the app in the background during the update may interrupt it. Restart the gimbal and reconnect to the app to try again.
