1. Can I still connect Bluetooth headphones to my phone after connecting them to Flow 2 Pro?
Yes
2. What should I do if the Flow 2 Pro Bluetooth connection fails?
- If the connection fails, reset the Bluetooth by pressing the Trigger and Shutter Buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until you hear three beeps. Then attempt to reconnect to the app.
- If the issue persists, cancel the Bluetooth pairing, disable and re-enable your phone's Bluetooth, and try again.
- If you still can't connect, ensure the Insta360 app has the necessary permissions (network, Bluetooth, local network), place the Flow 2 Pro near your phone, and update the app to the latest version.
3. How do I pair Flow 2 Pro with a different phone?
Disable the paired phone's Bluetooth connection and open Bluetooth on the new phone and pair it with Flow 2 Pro. You can also reset Flow 2 Pro's Bluetooth (hold the Trigger Button and Shutter Button for three seconds).
Note: If Flow 2 Pro is already paired with a phone, other phones will not be able to discover it.
4. How do I connect to a different Flow 2 Pro?
- Turn on the Flow 2 Pro you want to connect to.
- Tap the camera icon at the bottom of the Insta360 app and select the Flow 2 Pro you wish to connect to.
- To control your phone's native camera, connect to Flow 2 Pro via Bluetooth in your phone settings.
Note: You can only connect your phone to one Flow 2 Pro at a time. If you cannot connect to the new Flow 2 Pro with the above method, remove the previous Flow 2 Pro from your phone's Bluetooth settings and try again.
5. Can Flow 2 Pro's Bluetooth be turned off?
No, Flow 2 Pro's Bluetooth automatically turns on when it's powered on.
