Q2. How strong is the magnetic force of Flow 2?

The magnetic force of Flow 2 is 40N, which ensures a firm hold of smartphones in most conditions. To prevent drops, please avoid using Flow 2 during high-impact activities.

Q3. Will the magnetic force of Flow 2 interfere with my smartphone or other items?

Flow 2 has an optimized closed-loop magnetic design to avoid affecting the performance of the attached smartphone.

Note:

• Please do not place Flow 2 near products with magnetism, such as bank cards, pacemakers, RAM chips, or hard drives.
• Smartphone functions that use magnetic signal transmission for data (like the MST function of some Samsung mobile phones) and wireless charging will be affected by magnetic force. Remove the phone clamp before using these features.

Q4. Is Flow 2 waterproof?

Flow 2 is not waterproof. Please avoid using it on rainy days, near water, or in humid environments. Make sure that Flow 2 does not come into direct contact with liquid.
