The Pan Shot feature enables you to easily capture creative 360° spin footage. Below are the detailed instructions.

Instructions

1. Pair the gimbal with your phone via Bluetooth, then open the Insta360 app.
2. Navigate to the shooting interface and start recording. Then, single-tap the C button on the top of the SmartWheel — the gimbal will start automatic 360° spin immediately.
3. Single-tap the C button again to stop the gimbal's rotation. To end recording, tap the record button once more.

FAQ

​Can I customize the rotation speed of the gimbal in the Pan Shot mode?

Yes. You can go to "Gimbal Settings" to adjust the movement direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) and speed (Fast, Medium, Slow).
