By default, the tracking indicator is enabled in the initial state. To turn it off, open the Insta360 app, navigate to "Gimbal Settings", and set the tracking indicator to "Off".
Please note: The brightness of the tracking indicator can be set to Low, Medium, or High.
Currently, the white indicator on the gimbal's tilt axis / gimbal arm can not be turned off.
