- Phone dimensions: Flow 2 is compatible with most mainstream mobile phones, including foldable phones. Mobile phones that meet the following specifications are recommended:
- Thickness: 6.9-10mm (0.3-0.4in)
- Width: 64-84mm (2.5-3.3in)
- Weight: 130-300g (4.6-10.6 oz)
Note: To prevent accidental drops, please make sure your phone meets the recommended dimensions.
- Phone models:
- Android devices running OS 7.0 or higher.
- iOS devices running iOS 11.0 or higher* (iPhone 8 and above).
Q2. What are the requirements for connecting Flow 2 to the Insta360 app on a smartphone?
Because the Insta360 app used by Flow 2 has a wide range of features, it is recommended to use a smartphone that meets the following requirements to ensure the smooth operation of these functions.

Note:
- If a smartphone does not meet the above requirements but can install the app, it may still support controlling the camera for shooting and basic editing. However, there may be slow performance or lag when using AI analysis or video playback that requires high processing power.
- After testing, smartphones equipped with Qualcomm SDM765 5G chips, such as OPPO Reno3 5G, have poor hardware decoding capabilities and are not supported.
- To install the app, a smartphone with a 64-bit system is required. Phones with a 32-bit system do not support app installation.
