Q1. What are the phone requirements to connect to Flow 2 via Bluetooth?

  1. Bluetooth version: Bluetooth 5.0 and above.
  2. Phone system version: Android 7.0 and above; iOS 11 and above, iPhone 8 and above.

Q2. How do I reset Flow 2's Bluetooth?

Press and hold the trigger and shutter buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. When you hear a beep, it indicates a successful reset.

*To avoid connection issues after resetting, Flow 2 adds an incremented extension number to its Bluetooth name.

Q3. Can I connect Bluetooth headphones to my phone after connecting Flow 2?

Yes. Please note that audio capture is not supported via Bluetooth headphones.

Q4. How do I pair Flow 2 with a different phone?

Method 1: Disconnect Flow 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Then, on the other phone, open Bluetooth, find Flow 2, and connect.

Method 2: On your other phone, open the Insta360 app, find Flow 2's Wi-Fi signal, and select it to connect.

Note: If Flow 2 is connected to a phone via Bluetooth, it will not be discoverable to other devices.

Q5. How do I connect to a different Flow 2?

  • Turn on the Flow 2 you want to connect to.
  • Tap the camera icon at the bottom of the Insta360 app and select the Flow 2 you wish to connect to.
  • To control your phone's native camera, connect to Flow 2 via Bluetooth in your phone settings.

Note: You can only connect your phone to one Flow 2 at a time. If you cannot connect to the new Flow 2 with the above method, remove the previous Flow 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and try again.

Q6. Can Flow 2's Bluetooth be turned off?

No, Flow 2's Bluetooth automatically turns on when it's powered on.
