Q1. When using the AI Tracker with the Insta360 app, which tracking function will be prioritized?

The app's tracking function will be prioritized by default.

Q2. Can the AI Tracker track multiple people simultaneously?

No. When multiple people are in the frame, after activating tracking with the trigger button, the AI Tracker will default to tracking the largest subject in the frame. When using gesture control, the AI Tracker will track the person who raises their hand 🖐️ regardless of their size in the frame. Only the tracked subject can stop tracking through Gesture Control.

Note: Insta360 App's Deep Track 4.0 supports Multi-Person Tracking.

Q3. What should I do if the AI Tracker's red light flashes after inserting it into the gimbal?

This issue is usually caused by a poor connection. Please remove the AI Tracker, and reinsert it to resolve the issue.
