Firmware Update

The firmware is a system program to ensure the efficient operation of Insta360 Flow, please update the latest firmware in time to get the best experience.
To ensure the upgrade is successful, please confirm that the Insta360 app you are currently using is the latest version. You can go to the app's settings page - "About Insta360" to check if there is a prompt that the app has an updateable version.

Steps

1. Connect Flow to the Insta360 app. If there is a new firmware version, the app will pop up a new firmware version reminder. Simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.
2. If you do not receive the update prompt, you can go to the app's settings page - "Firmware Version" to check if there is a prompt that the firmware has an updateable version;
3. After the update is complete, the gimbal will automatically reconnect to the app. You can check if the firmware version is correct. Go to the shooting page of the app and click General Settings to view the firmware version of Flow. Or go to the app settings page and check in "Firmware Version".
