Gimbal mode

The four modes enabled by the Touch Panel are Auto, Follow (F), Pan Follow (PF), and FPV.

  • Auto mode:
Automatically adjusts the gimbal parameters according to the shooting state (such as stationary or running), making it easier to shoot stable footage.
In this mode, the pitch axis and pan axis follow the action of the handle, but the roll axis does not. The gimbal defaults to automatic mode after booting.

  • Follow mode (F):
The mobile phone moves with the gimbal handle vertically and horizontally. Tracking is more sensitive. It is suitable for vertical movements and tilt and pan movements.
In this mode, the pitch axis and pan axis follow the action of the handle, but the roll axis does not.

  • Pan Follow mode (PF):
The mobile phone only moves with the gimbal handle horizontally, which is suitable for panning follow or surround shooting.
In this mode, the pan axis follows the handle movement, but the pitch axis and roll axis do not.

  • FPV mode:
The mobile phone can rotate freely with the handle of the gimbal in any direction. This is suitable for shooting creative shots.
In this mode, the pan axis, pitch axis, and roll axis follow the action of the handle, and the rotation of the gimbal roll axis can be controlled by the Zoom Wheel.

When shooting fast-moving scenes, you can enable Active Plus.
The effect of Active Plus is based on one of the 4 gimbal modes selected on the touch panel, giving it a faster gimbal follow response speed.
Short press the trigger button with your finger, then release it and hold it again to enable Active Plus.

  • Lock mode
The mobile phone does not follow the rotation of the gimbal handle at all, and the screen direction is locked. It is suitable for shooting follow shots, long-distance movement, or shots that need to keep the target centered for a long time.
In this mode, the three-axis motors are locked, and the mobile phone remains unchanged in its movement.
