Applicable Models: Flow, Flow Pro, Flow 2, and Flow 2 Pro
Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and confirm if the gimbal is connected. If not, fully close the Insta360 app and reopen it to reconnect.
a. Press and hold the power button to turn off the gimbal until all indicators go out.
b. Fold the gimbal, wait 10 seconds, then unfold it again.
c. Press and hold the gimbal's power button to turn it on. Reopen the Insta360 app, tap the camera icon at the bottom of the interface to connect the gimbal, and check if the button function is restored.
a. Press and hold both the Trigger Button and Shutter Button for 3 seconds. A series of "beep-beep-beep" sounds confirms a successful Bluetooth reset.
b. After resetting, open the Insta360 app, tap the camera icon at the bottom of the interface to re-pair and connect the gimbal via Bluetooth. Check if the button function is restored.
