By mastering the control and parameter adjustment methods of the Video mode, you can operate the gimbal with greater flexibility for content creation. Below is a detailed guide on operations.

How to start/stop recording

In the Video mode, single-press the Shutter Button on the gimbal handle or tap the Shutter Button on the video recording page of the Insta360 app to start recording; single-press/tap the Shutter Button again to stop recording.

Please note: Currently, the pause function is not available when the gimbal's Video mode is enabled.

How to adjust parameters

1. Connect the gimbal and access the shooting page of the Insta360 app, then tap the "AUTO" icon at the top.
2. In the parameter adjustment page, you can adjust parameters such as shutter speed, ISO, EV and WB according to your needs.

Please note:

• iOS devices: In the AUTO mode, you can adjust EV. In the M (Manual) mode, you can adjust shutter speed, ISO and WB.
• Android devices: In the AUTO mode, you can adjust EV and WB. There is no M(Manual) mode, so shutter speed and ISO cannot be manually adjusted.
