Q1 How do I pair Flow with a different phone?

Disconnect the paired phone's Bluetooth connection, or reset Flow's Bluetooth (hold the Trigger Button and Shutter Button together for three seconds), them open Bluetooth on the new phone and pair it with Flow.
Note: If Flow is paired with a phone, other phones will not be able to discover it.

Q2 How do I connect to a different Flow?

Turn on the Flow you want to connect to.
In the Insta360 app, tap the camera icon at the bottom of the app homepage and then select the Flow you wish to connect to.
To control the phone's camera, you must connect to Flow via Bluetooth in your phone settings.
Note: You can only connect your phone to one Flow. If you cannot connect to the new Flow with the above method, forget the previous Flow in the phone's Bluetooth settings and try again.

Q3 Which smartphones is Flow compatible with?

1. Android devices running OS 7.0 or newer
2. iOS devices running iOS 11 or newer (iPhone 8 and above)

Q4 Can I connect my phone's Bluetooth to other devices when connected to Flow?

Yes, you can still connect to devices, such as headphones, over Bluetooth.

Q5 Can Flow's Bluetooth be turned off manually?

No, Flow's Bluetooth automatically turns on when it's powered on.
