Flow has a 2900mAh battery, and the run time is 12 hours*. Flow's run time will reduce when used as a phone charger. *Tested with the gimbal at a steady, level position at a temperature of 25°C.
Yes, Flow doubles as an emergency power bank. Insert your phone charge cable into the power ourput port next to the magnetic phone clamp.
Please note: If Flow is powered on, Flow's battery level must be higher than 30% to charge your phone.
If Flow is powered off, click the power button once to start phone charging. Flow will charge your phone until its own battery runs out.
The Spotlight's performance is not affected by Flow's battery percentage.
Flow uses a large torque motor, meaning users do not need to precisely calibrate Flow as long as the phone is roughly in the center of the magnetic phone clamp. If the offset is too large, it may affect the gimbal's battery life, cause the motor to heat up or trigger Flow's sleep protection.
Flow's charge time is about 2 hours with a 5V/2A charging cable.
Type-C. You can use the included Type-C to A charging cable or a Type-C to C cable to charge Flow. The charging port is next to the SmartWheel.
Press the power button once. The indicator lights will light up to show the current battery level:
One light = less than 25%
Two lights = 25-50%
Three lights = 50-75%
Four lights = 75-100%
Check it in the Insta360 app: After connecting to the app, the remaining battery level can be viewed in the top left corner of the shooting page.
