Q1 How do I export photos and videos?

Download to EVO App album
Download files one by one

  1. Open the EVO App, connect the EVO to your phone/tablet.(How do I connect it?
  2. Tap Album ->Camera's Album.
  3. Tap photo and it will be downloaded automatically to the App album.
    Tap video, select a piece of footage and tap the download icon in the top right corner

  4. Open the EVO App, connect the EVO to your phone/tablet.(How do I connect it?
  5. Tap Album ->Camera's Album.
  6. Tap the icon in the right corner to select files. Then tap "Save to App" at the bottom, the files will be downloaded automatically.

Export to phone / tablet album

  1. Open the EVO App->connect the EVO to phone/tablet (How do I connect it?)-> Tap Album.
  2. Select a photo/video that you want, tap the "Share" button in the top right corner -> Choose "Local" to share to.
  3. Tap 360 or panorama to export.

Export to computer

  1. Connect the EVO to your computer via USB cable.
  2. Open the MicroSD folder “DCIM-Camera01”, export the files, and you can download Insta360 Studio/Insta360 Player for editing/viewing.

Q2 How do I share 180/360 photos and videos to social platforms?

1.Open the EVO App.
2.Tap Album -> select a 180/360 photo/video.
3.Tap the Share button in the upper right corner.
4.Select the platform you would like to share to. (Only apps that you have downloaded will work).
Note: Currently, only Facebook and Youtube support 180 video.

You can also share a 360 album:
1.Open the EVO App.
2.Tap Album -> Tap the Multiple Choice button in the upper right corner.
3.Select photos -> Tap Share.
4.Add album title and descriptions for each photo, then you can adjust the order by dragging.
5.Tap the Share button in the upper right corner and select the platform you would like to share to. (Only apps that you have downloaded will work).

Q3 How do I export a Tiny Planet photo/video?

Note: Only 360 content can be switched to Tiny Planet mode.

Export a Tiny Planet photo:
1.Open the EVO App.
2.Select a photo -> Tap the Fisheye button in the lower left corner and switch to Tiny Planet.
3.Tap Screenshot and the Tiny Planet photo will be exported automatically to your iPhone/iPad/Android device album.

Export a Tiny Planet video:
1.Open the EVO App.
2.Select a video, pinch with two fingers to adjust the angle to Tiny Planet. (You can exit the Tiny Planet mode by zooming in with two fingers)
3.Tap the "Share" button in the top right corner and the Tiny Planet video will be exported automatically to your iPhone/iPad/Android device album.

Q4 How do I export EVO App files to my computer?

Export EVO APP files from iPhone to your Macbook:

<li>1.Please download iTunes and install on your computer.</li>

<li>2.Connect your iPhone to your computer via USB cable, then refer to the indicator to authorize access.</li>

<li>3.After the successful authorization, please click the small phone icon on the left top corner, and iPhone’s resource would show up.</li>
  • 4. Click "File Sharing’ on the left menu, then choose “insta360 EVO” among the list.
  • <li>5.Find the folder with name of DCIM, which store all pictures and videos taken via EVO.</li>
    <li>6.Hit “Save” on the right bottom, then select the location where you want to save those photos and videos; at last, click the "save" again, and you can view them on your computer now.</li>

    Export EVO APP files from Android phone to your windows computer:
    <li>1.Please connect Android phone to your computer, and select “Manage Files” when message pops up on your phone to allow computer to access to the phone.</li>
    
    <li>2.Click on “This PC”, and find “GalleryOriginal” folder under Insta360Evo which is EVO APP’s album folder. Now drag the whole folder or the selected files to the location on your computer where you want to save them.

    1.Open EVO App, tap Settings->Bottom Logo 2.Select the logo what you want, or you can tap ‘+’ -> select a photo -> adjust the parameters of the Logo and add it.

    Q6 How do I remove the official wartemark?

    1.Open the EVO App, enter Settings->Official watermark.
    2.Turn off the switch to automatically remove the watermark when exporting a Fixframe video.
