Connecting Your Computer

Once Insta360 Connect is initialized, follow the steps below to integrate the Computer and complete Zoom Rooms setup:

1. Device Connection

• Connect the computer to a power source to ensure stable use.
• Use a USB C-C cable to connect Insta360 Connect to the Computer. This enables audio and video device control and data transmission.

2. HDMI Re-routing

• Disconnect the HDMI cable from Insta360 Connect, and instead, connect the Computer’s HDMI output to the display to ensure centralized output.
  • Dual-screen: Connect the main screen to the HDMI 1 Port and the secondary screen to the HDMI 2 Port.
  • Single-screen: It's recommended to connect the screen to the HDMI 1 Port.

3. Maintain Touch Panel Connection

• You won't need to change anything for the connection between Insta360 Connect and the Touch Panel.
• Ensure the existing connection remains stable for uninterrupted control.

4. Keep Insta360 Connect Online

• It’s recommended to keep Insta360 Connect connected to the internet (via Ethernet or Wi-Fi) to receive firmware updates and enable remote support, enhancing system reliability and performance.
