Zoom Rooms Login

Computer Setup

1. Launch the Zoom Rooms application installed on the Computer.
2. The computer will display a pairing code to link with the Zoom Rooms Controller on the tablet.
   
   
3. Do not take any further action. Keep this screen open while waiting for pairing.

Touch Panel Setup

1. Launch the pre-installed Zoom Rooms Controller application on the Touch Panel.
2. Enter the pairing code shown on the computer screen to complete pairing.
3. Tap “Sign In” and log in using an account with Zoom Rooms permissions (such as the account owner, admin, or Zoom Rooms role user).
   

4. Once logged in, tap the room name to enter the main interface. The controller is now paired with the room computer.
