Live streaming issues on Facebook

Scenario 1: Unable to start streaming due to the Facebook account having less than 100 followers

This error may occur because your Facebook account does not meet the platform's requirement for number of followers to start live streaming, resulting in insufficient permissions. Please ensure your Facebook account meets the platform's requirements before starting a live stream.

Scenario 2: Abnormal live streaming status display

If you selected "Public" for "Share to" when starting a Facebook live stream from the Insta360 app, but the live stream status on the platform still shows as Private or Only Me, please manually adjust the stream's status to Public on the Facebook platform after starting the live stream.

We have reported this issue to Facebook and are coordinating with them to resolve it. To help expedite the optimization process, you can log in to Facebook, click "Help and Support" > "Support" or "Report a Problem" in the menu to contact Facebook Support and report the specific issue. Live streaming issues on YouTube

Scenario 1: Error Code -1011, Insufficient account permissions

This error may occur because your YouTube account does not meet the platform's requirement for number of followers to start live streaming, resulting in insufficient permissions. Please ensure your YouTube account meets the platform's requirements before starting a live stream.

Scenario 2: Error Code=-5 "The user canceled the sign-in flow" appears during live streaming on Facebook or YouTube

Please update your Insta360 app to the latest version and try live streaming again.
