  • After the Insta360 app connects to a camera, there is still no network access within the app, even if mobile data and Proxy Mode are enabled.

  • After the Insta360 app successfully connects to a camera, it automatically disconnects.

  • Manually connecting to a camera's Wi-Fi network by entering the password in the phone's system settings may result in no network access within the Insta360 app and inability to connect to the camera.

Solution

  1. Please first disconnect from the current camera in the Insta360 app.
  2. On the home page of the Insta360 app, tap the camera icon at the bottom, find and select the camera you want to reconnect to in the device list, and follow the on-screen instructions.
