Once a Garmin account is connected, its disconnection can only be done through Garmin's platforms, not within the Insta360 app. You have two options:
Method 1: For iOS devices
Open the Garmin Connect app. Tap the profile picture in the top left corner > Settings > Connected Apps > find "Insta360" > tap Disconnect.
Method 2: For other devices (via website)

It contains complete steps for disconnecting your Insta360 and Garmin Connect accounts, either via the Garmin Connect app or the website. Please follow Garmin's instructions step by step.
These accounts can be disconnected directly in the Insta360 app.
Steps
Open the Insta360 app > tap "Me" > navigate to "Sports Data Account" > select the account you want to disconnect from the list > select "Deauthorize" and tap "Confirm".
