b. Tap "Start Recording" at the bottom of the screen > keep the Insta360 app open on the GPS Activity Stats page (The camera does not need to stay connected to the Insta360 app, and you can switch to other phone apps).
c. When you finish your activity, swipe the button to the right to stop recording > tap the icon in the top right corner to view the recorded data.
After shooting with your camera, open the Insta360 app > tap "Album" > select your desired video > tap "Editor" at the bottom > "Frame Cut" > "Confirm Clip" > "Edit and Export" > "Stats" > "Authorize or Export Data" > "GPS Data in Video" > "GPS Activity Stats" > the Stats data will be added.
Please note:
For a more intuitive operational demonstration, please refer to Tutorial for GPS Activity Stats in Insta360 App.
In the Insta360 app v2.14.0 or later, if you have activated the Insta360+ Cloud Service for your account, the GPS Activity Stats data will be automatically synchronized to the cloud. You can log in with the same account on different devices to view and use the data. If you haven't activated the cloud service, the data remains accessible only on the original device where it is recorded.
Please note: After logging in, your GPS data will be saved to your cloud account. If you choose not to log in, the data will only be stored locally and cannot be synced across devices.
Please note:
After updating the Insta360 app to v2.14.0 or later and logging into your Insta360+ account, all previously local GPS activity data will be automatically synced to the cloud.
If you delete local recording files of GPS Activity Stats, the corresponding data already synced to the cloud will also be deleted.
