The Insta360 app v2.6.0 introduces the new "Motion Playback" feature. It utilizes your phone's gyroscope to enable an immersive preview of 360 videos. Simply tilt your phone to flexibly adjust the viewing angle, offering a more intuitive viewing experience.

How to enable Motion Playback

1. Ensure your Insta360 app is updated to v2.6.0 or later. To update the app, search for "Insta360" in Apple App Store or your device's app store. If an "Update" button appears, tap it to update. Alternatively, you can visit the Insta360 Website to download the latest version of the Insta360 app.
2. Open the Insta360 app, tap "Album" > select your desired media and enter the playback page.
3. You can enable this feature by tapping the "Motion Playback" button in the top right corner of the playback page or by double-tapping the screen.

1. Once Motion Playback is enabled, gently tilt your phone to rotate the view and adjust the preview perspective, enjoying an immersive viewing experience.

Please note:

• The "Motion Playback" feature is only available for previewing 360 videos shot with a 360 camera. Videos shot with 360 cameras in the Single-Lens and Bullet Time Modes are not currently supported.
• The sensitivity of Motion Playback depends on your phone's gyroscope performance. When using it, try to keep your phone movements steady for a smoother experience.

If you wish to export a video with dynamic gyroscopic viewing effects, it is recommended to use the screen recording feature of your phone. During recording, frame your shot by tilting the screen or using the on-screen joystick controls. Once finished, export the screen recording file.
