How to log out, delete your account and change your login password?

Open the Insta360 app, tap "Me" in the lower right corner > tap the "Settings" icon in the top right corner > select "Change password", "Log out" or "Delete account".

Please note:

• It is not possible to unbind your email address currently. However, you can modify the bound email address in Personal Settings.
• Changing the account password is only supported in the Insta360 app v1.65.0 and later.

How to change the bound email address?

Method 1: Via the Insta360 Website

Visit Insta360 Website > click your avatar to enter "Profile" > click "Link" for the Email section, enter a new email address and complete the verification.

Method 2: Within the Insta360 app

After successfully logging into the Insta360 app, tap "Me" > tap your nickname at the top of the page to enter the Profile page > tap "Personal Settings" > "Email", enter a new email, and complete the verification.

1. Does the Insta360 app support registration or login using mobile phone numbers?

Insta360 app does not currently support using mobile phone numbers for registration or login. We recommend using an email address to complete registration and login.

2. When using an email address to log in to the Insta360 app, I receive a prompt saying "This email has already been bound, please log in using your Facebook account." But I encounter problems when trying to log in with Facebook. What should I do?

You can reset your email password via Insta360 Website. Afterwards, you can log in using your email and the new password.

3. Which login methods are supported by the Insta360 app?

You can log in with your email address, Apple ID, Facebook account, or Google account

Please note:

• Insta360 app supports modifying email address, but it does not currently support unbinding email address.
• Facebook, Google Account, Apple ID and WeChat support unbinding Insta360 app.
