FAQ
1. Does the camera support live streaming on platforms like Avatour, Vimeo, or Twitch?
Due to the vast number of platforms, comprehensive testing is challenging, and Insta360 cannot guarantee full compatibility. We recommend using the "RTMP" option for streaming to these platforms.
2. What does the error "Live Streaming Failed, Error Code-5I / OError" mean during RTMP streaming?
- After your live streaming room is created, if you do not start streaming within the platform's specified time, the platform may close the room. You can resolve this issue simply by starting live streaming again.
- Incorrect streaming address input: The streaming address should be in the format of "Stream URL + Stream Key".
- For example: If the Stream URL is "rtmp://live-push.bilivideo.com/live-bvc/" and the Stream Key is "?streamname=live_xxxxxxxxxx&key=xxxxxxxx&schedule=rtmp&pflag=1", the correct full streaming address should be "rtmp://live-push.bilivideo.com/live-bvc/?streamname=live_xxxxxxxxxx&key=xxxxxxxx&schedule=rtmp&pflag=1".
