FAQ
1. How can I improve the resolution of snapshots / live photos?
You may find the resolution is lower when the current preview mode is set to "Proxy Mode". To improve the resolution, tap the "Settings" icon in the top left corner of the Editor page > find "Preview mode" > select "Original Mode".
Please note: Live photos currently support a maximum resolution of 1080P.

2. Why is GPS data present in snapshots or live photos but absent from the exported video?
Snapshots / live photos are created by first capturing a frame from the source video, then retrieving and embedding the GPS data from that source video during the export process. However, when exporting a video from the Insta360 app, GPS data is not embedded.
3. Is there sound in the exported live photos?
If the original video has sound, the Live Photo will retain it. If the exported Live Photo has no sound, please check if the video itself has sound or if your phone is in the silent mode.
4. Does the Insta360 app support stitching live photos? Does it support triple-stitched live photo effects?
The Insta360 app currently does not support stitching live photos. We will forward your feedback to the product team and continue to optimize our products to provide you with an improved user experience. Thank you for your understanding and support!
